A restaurant unicorn, Jess is one of those rare back-of-house/front-of-house hybrids. After years of serving at some of San Francisco's best restaurants, she moved to New York City where she attended the French Culinary Institute and rubbed elbows with some of Food Network's finest celebrity chefs. In 2014, she returned to San Francisco and embarked on a management career at the beloved Zuni Cafe. More recently she has jumped over to multi-unit management at Souvla and now Wise Sons. She loves organization, cleanliness, and taking care of people, especially native Spanish-speaking employees. Jess is very passionate about most things: clapping, laughing, hip-hop, seasonal Oreos, and sneakers to name a few.
