A restaurant unicorn, Jess is one of those rare back of house/front of house hybrids. After years of serving at some of San Francisco's best restaurants, she was called to New York City where she attended the French Culinary Institute and rubbed elbows with some of Food Network's finest celebrity chefs. In 2014, she returned to San Francisco and embarked on a management career at the beloved Zuni Cafe. More recently she has jumped over to multi unit management at Souvla and now Wise Sons. Jess is very passionate about clapping, laughing, hip-hop, Oreos, sneakers, and poetry.
