Culinary Manager
Born and raised in Los Angeles and now based in San Francisco, Andy found his way into the culinary world by washing dishes between jobs—and never looked back. He studied Ecology at UCLA but discovered his true passion in kitchens, working his way up through local restaurants including Mister Jiu’s, Fiorella, and La Connessa. As Wise Sons Culinary Manager, Andy provides leadership for our culinary teams, as well as manages production planning for special events and holidays. When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find him chasing stone fruit at farmers markets or scanning for humpbacks along the California coast.
