Raised in California’s Central Valley, Clarissa found her calling in the fast-paced world of food service while working in restaurants throughout college. After earning a degree from San Francisco State University, she joined Patina Restaurant Group, supporting operations at iconic San Francisco venues like the Opera House and Davies Symphony Hall. She went on to serve as Event Director at the Phoenix Hotel, later advancing through several catering roles where she specialized in sales and delivering exceptional client experiences. Since November 2024, she has been Catering Manager for Wise Sons, where she continues to create memorable dining experiences. Off the clock, she loves exploring the city’s food scene with family and friends.
